Our Career Optimization Programs
We recommend that each program starts with a TTI Success Insights Assessment. I offer DISC Behavioral Styles and/or Workplace Motivators.
The DISC assessment will help with identifying your behaviors including how you collaborate and communicate with others. The Workplace Motivators will shed light on what you are passionate about and how it drives why you do what you do. The feedback you will receive will be extremely valuable in choosing the right career path for you.
Bronze Program
This program is for those women who like their job or career and enjoy their work. You have a few things that could be sitting better with you that you want to enhance or change. You may benefit from two to three months of working with Yvette to design, plan, and take action to make those changes to bring completeness to what is already working most of the time for you.
Silver Program
This six-month program will prepare you to change from one job to another within the same career path. We will meet for 1 ½ hours each month you enroll to complete your plan. To give you a sneak peek, we will analyze your soft and hard skills that will transfer, strengths and opportunities. We will pull out your accomplishments, and determine development and improvements that you may want to invest in to strengthen you for that next role. You will be able to take actions through our work and planning to get motivated to land that new job.
Gold Program
This nine-month in-depth program will prepare you to change from one career to another. We will work together during each month in two one-hour sessions. We will define what you want to do in your next career chapter. We will make the strategy including what skills/training/education you may need to align with your new career choice, branding, and networking. We will follow an in-depth process to create a plan to guide you to a successful and smooth transition.
