Career Impact Coach, and Strategist

Career transitions are special projects. To be successful, they require a simple but complete process, planning, and dedication. My superpower is designing process and working through projects with others for a winning outcome. 

I am a professional and spiritual woman. I have worked for over 25 years in several different roles, including 20 years I was trusted with building and managing a regional team of professionals. I have served others my entire work life in several different industries. I have been successful in roles I desired, sought and won. I started my adult career as a Secretary and worked hard to become a leader and manager, in a regional role.

 I am a Certified Coach through Coach Training Alliance, an ICF-accredited program. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree (Cum laude) in Organizational Management, as well as completed training in Project Management. I have trained with incredible trainers like author and motivational speaker John Gordon, completing his program “The Power of Positive Leadership,” and Lisa Bouchard, President, speaker, trainer and executive coach at Data Dome Inc.

I live in the beautiful Finger Lakes of New York State with my husband, Paul, and Bella, my Maltichon. I sought work-life balance and a different meaning in my work. Today, I spend much more time with family and friends, and I enjoy what I spend my work time doing. I love to golf and read, and I am a lifelong seeker of knowledge and Wisdom, most notably from God’s Word.
