I’ve enjoyed and learned from holding several professional roles over the past 25 years which have included leading and developing people. What I love most is helping professional women be the best version of themselves.
I am a Certified Coach through Coach Training Alliance, an ICF-accredited program. I trained with Dr. Marcia Reynolds through her Breakthrough Coaching program. I am a certified facilitator of DISC Behavioral Styles. I have trained with incredible trainers like author and motivational speaker Jon Gordon, completing his program “The Power of Positive Leadership,” and Lisa Bouchard, President, speaker, trainer and executive coach at Data Dome Inc. They influenced my love for serving others as a coach.

North Star Coaching Service was founded in 2021 by Yvette Simonson. We work with women all over the world. Our DISC programs and confidence coaching programs empower women to be themselves, and enjoy work and life.
